حيث يخوض منتخب جامبيا مواجهة ربع نهائي بطولة كأس أمم إفريقيا، أمام منتخب الكاميرون يوم السبت المقبل.
فقد جاء في بيان الاتحاد الجامبي: “خضعت بعثة منتخب جامبيا هذا الصباح لفحوصات فيروس كورونا في فندق الإقامة بمدينة دوالا”.
ثم أضاف البيان “تم اختبار جميع اللاعبين وطاقم البعثة البالغ عددهم ٢٧ والجهاز الفني والإداري والطبي، وجاءت مسحة الجميع سلبية، بالتالي سيكون كل لاعبي منتخب جامبيا متاحين لمباراة منتخب الكاميرون يوم السبت.
يذكر أن الفائز من هذه المباراة سيلعب مباراة نصف النهائي أمام الفائز من مباراة منتخب مصر ومنتخب المغرب، على أن تقام المباراة النهائية يوم ٦ من شهر فبراير المقبل.
