كل ما تحتاجين إلى معرفته عن كيفية تنظيف وقص أظافرك بشكل صحيح. من المهم أن تحرصي على اتباع روتين من أجل الاهتمام بصة أظافرك. قد لا يبدو الأمر مهمًا ولكنه مهم مثل غسل شعرك والاستحمام أو العناية ببشرتك.
للحفاظ على أظافرك تبدو في أفضل حالاتها مع روتين العناية بالأظافر الضعيفة، يجب عليك:

تنظيف يديك بالصابون والماء الدافئ

سيمنع ذلك تراكم البكتيريا على يديك وينظف أظافرك وقد يمنع الأوساخ الموجودة تحت أظافرك من التفاقم. اغسلي كل الصابون وجفف يديك بمنشفة نظيفة وناعمة.

يجب أيضًا نقع أظافرك كل أسبوعين أو نحو ذلك في ماء دافئ وصابون مرطب. عند تنظيف ما تحت أظافرك، استخدمي فرشاة أظافر ناعمة ونظيفة لأنه بخلاف ذلك قد تنقل الأوساخ وخلايا الجلد مرة أخرى تحت أظافرك. أظافرك رقيقة ويمكن أن يؤدي فركها بشدة إلى تعريضك للعدوى.

سيساعد استخدام كريم أو غسول اليد في ترطيب بشرتك بالإضافة إلى الرطوبة الطبيعية التي يوفرها جسمك. عند وضع اللوشن / الكريم على يديك، تأكدي من فرك القليل منه على أظافرك وحولها. لن يؤدي ذلك إلى تنعيم يديك فحسب، بل يمكن أن تستفيد أظافرك وجلدك أيضًا، بالتالي ستتحسن صحة الأظافر.

العناية بالأظافر الضعيفة بإستخدام زيوت البشرة

يساعد استخدام زيت البشرة على تقوية أظافرك. افركي كمية صغيرة من الزيت على وحول أظافرك أيضًا. يمكنك أيضًا غمس أطراف أصابعك في وعاء صغير من الزيت لبضع دقائق.

استخدام مرطب الأظافر صحي لأظافرك ويؤدي إلى الحصول على أظافر أكثر صحة وقوة.

العناية بالأظافر الضعيفة باستخدام مقوي الأظافر

استخدمي مقوي الأظافر من أجل الاهتمام بالأظافر. يمكنك اختيار مقوي الأظافر الذي يناسبك من الصيدلية المحلية. ومع ذلك، تجنبي استخدام الكثير من ملمعات ومزيلات الأظافر على أظافرك.
