تتميز البان كيك بمذاقه الخفيف وبأنه غني بالعديد من العناصر الهامة للجسم كالبروتينات والكربوهيدرات، كما أنه يمد الجسم بطاقة كبيرة تلزمه لعمل نشاطاته اليومية المختلفة.
كما يعتبر البان كيك هو وجبة أمريكية الأصل، يتم تناولها عادة على الفطور، أو كوجبة سريعة ما بين الوجبات الرئيسية.
كما أن مكوناته الأساسية هي مقادير صحية للغاية، كالحليب والدقيق والبيض، ويمكن تحضيره مع الفواكة.
مقادير بان كيك بدون بيض
- 2 كوب دقيق
- 2 كوب حليب سائل
- رشة ملح
- 2 ملعقة كبيرة سكر
- 3 ملعقة كبيرة بايكنغ باودر
- 4 ملعقة كبيرة زيت
- زبدة لدهن المقلاة
- عسل أو نوتيلا (للتزيين)
طريقة بان كيك بدون بيض
- فى الخلاط الكهربائي، اخلطى كل المكونات معاً (ما عدا الزبدة) حتى يتجانس المزيج.
- اسكبي الخليط فى المقلاة على دفعات كل مرة مقدار فنجان صغير بعد تسخين القليل من الزبدة، ثم حمري كلا الجانبين حتى يصبح باللون الذهبي، ارفعيه بعد ذلك من المقلاة.
- للتزيين : صبى على الوجه بعض العسل أو النوتيلا.
