طريقة عمل حلوى الفقاص المغربية

يعتبر الفقاص من الحلويات المغربية التى يحضر في الأعياد والمناسبات، ويمكن تحضيره في أي وقت بسبب طعمه اللذيذ وسهولة تحضيره…

أولا المقادير :

– كوب لوز مفروم خشن.

– ربع كوب زبيب.

– ملعقة صغيرة ونصف خميرة حلويات.

– كيس فانيليا.

– 3 بيضات.

– رشة ملح.

-ربع كوب حليب .

– نصف كيلو دقيق.

– كوب سكر.

– كوب زيت نباتي.

–  قهوة سريعة الذوبان

الطريقة:

1- ننقع اللوز والزبيب في ماء لمدة ساعتين ثم نصفيه ونضعه جانبا.

2- نضع في وعاء البيض، والملح، والسكر، والزيت، والفانيليا ونخفق المكونات جيدا حتى تمتزج تماما.

3- نضيف اللوز والزبيب للخليط ونحرك المكونات جيدا.

4- نضيف الخميرة ونصف كمية الدقيق ونمزج المكونات حتى تختلط تماما.

5- نضيف باقي العجين بالتدريج حتى يتكون لدينا عجينة متماسكة.

6- نشكل العجينة إلى كرات متوسطة الحجم.

7- ندهن يدينا بالزيت ونشكل كرات العجين على شكل أسطواني ثم نضعها على صينية فيها ورق زبدة.

8- نخلط الحليب بالقهوة ثم ندهن بها العجين .

9- ندخل الفقاص في الفرن على درجة حرارة متوسطة حتى ينضج.

10- نخرج الفقاص من الفرن ونتركه حتى يبرد ونقطعه ونضعه في صينية الفرن.

11- نشعل الشواية ونحمر الفقاص من الطرفين ليأخذوا لونا ذهبيا، وهكذا يصبح جاهزا للتقديم.
