أكد الفرنسي باتريس كارتيرون المدير الفني للفريق الأول لكرة القدم بنادي الزمالك، أن مباراة الفريق أمام الوداد المغربي ستكون صعبة خاصة بعد قرار حضور الجماهير.
حيث قال كارتيرون في المؤتمر الصحفي: “شرف أنك تلعب في دوري الأبطال، مثل هذه المباريات تمثل نهائيات، وسنقاتل من أجل الفوز وتعديل موقف الفريق في مشوار المنافسة بالبطولة”.
وأكمل: “اعتقد أن الحضور الجماهيري سيكون داعم للزمالك أيضا فالكرة خلقت للجماهير، والمتعة تكون أكبر بوجودهم.
وبالتأكيد سيصب ذلك في مصلحة الزمالك، من خلال دافع الحضور الجماهيري والذى يفجر طاقات اللاعبين”.
وأضاف: “الوداد من الفرق القوية وبرغم موقفه المشابة للزمالك، فإن من الطبيعي أن يكون منافس صعب وقوى”.
وتابع: “عندما تتولى مسئولية فريق بحجم الزمالك، فلابد أن تصبر على الضغوطات، وأتمنى البقاء حتى تحقيق بطولة كبرى مع الفريق”.
وختم تصريحاته قائلا: “تم إعداد اللاعبين نفسيا بشكل جيد وتجهيزهم ذهنيا للقاء.
فالجانب النفسي في مثل تلك الأمور يكون له دورا كبيرا.
وسيرى الجميع النتيجة مثلما كان الوضع أمام بترو اتليتكو والتأخر بهدفين، حيث أن بين الشوطين قمت بعملى والجميع رأى ذلك”.
ويستعد الزمالك لمواجهة الوداد المغربي المقرر لها غدا السبت في التاسعة مساء على ستاد مركب محمد الخامس، ضمن الجولة الثالثة من المجموعة الرابعة بدوري أبطال إفريقيا.
ويأتي الفارس الأبيض في المركز الثالث برصيد نقطتين، بينما يتواجد الوداد المغربي الوصافة برصيد 3 نقاط.
